RETURNS & EXCHANGES

Return & Exchange Policy

We’re proud to have low return rates and stand behind our hair as the best extension product available. We do, however, understand that things happen, and are happy to offer an exchange or store credit on eligible items within 15 business days of purchase. The Art of Extensions does NOT offer refunds except in the case of an approved Quality Dispute.

To qualify for exchange or credit, items must be unused, unaltered and in original condition. There will be a 15% restocking fee applied to items returned with damaged or incomplete packaging, and shipping costs are non-refundable except in the event of a product defect.

Product defects will be determined by our Quality Control team, and do not include normal wear and tear, damage caused by lifting or depositing color, damage caused by altering the extensions, or color change due to chemical exposure (chlorine, tanning lotion, sunscreen, etc.).

The Art of Extensions does not accept unauthorized returns. Before shipping a product to be exchanged or credited, please email Info@theartofextensions.com and obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization. Store credit will be applied within 7 business days after our inspection of returned items has been completed.
